  • Robert Middleton's Marketing Materials My personal take on RM's InfoGuru Marketing Manual, Website Toolkit, and Marketing Action Plan - excellent tools for getting coaching clients.
  • GoDaddy - low cost domain names, transfers, web hosting, email accounts, SSL certificates. I like using their services mainly because of low cost, good up-time and good customer support. GoDaddy also continually improves their services for my benefit.
  • AWeber - An established email list provider. I like them because they make sure your emails get through. I also feel they are on top of their business and are always looking to make things better for me. Their customer service is responsive and knowledgeable.

  • ActiveWords - This is a windows based tool that helps you quickly and easily make time-saving shortcuts for tasks that you do repeatedly. There is a short ramp up period, but in the long run, you will save time. For example, logging into a website can be as easy as hitting a few keys. • Google Analytics - Google took over Urchin, a big player in the website statistics game and now provides this service free to people who hold Google accounts.
  • TinyURL - A fantastic tool to turn big long URLs into short ones. This is especially good for emails because many times the longer email URLs get cut off onto multiple lines and then don't work anymore. (tip: when you click the "make tiny" button, the new tiny URL is copied into memory. All you have to do at that point is a CTRL-V, i.e. paste, wherever you want)
  • Free Conference Calls - This is another popular resource among professionals. I haven't personally used this service yet.
  • Free Conferencing - This free conferencing service is simple and easy to use, requiring only a name and email address to receive an instant account.
