Dr. Joanne Day
I knew I wanted a website that worked for me.
I attempted to do it myself, but realized I didn’t have the expertise. I wasn’t very proud of what I created and I was afraid to send people to it. It wasn’t as professional as I wanted it to be. I’m using it as a first point of contact as I have clients access new patient forms, so it had to be very professional.
I really liked the BizQs document.
It really made me think about my business and helped me really refine my business.
I like how everything was integrated including face book, blog, and newsletters. It was a one stop shop for me. I knew I wanted to do all those things but was overwhelmed by how much time it would take.
I also loved the additional guides you provided to help me along such as “How to Take a Bio Photo that Connects with Visitors” and the “How to Get Raving Testimonials.” I addition to making my site look great, your support materials saved me a lot of time I would have spent in research. Without them, I’m sure I would have muddle through some of the steps resulting in so-so content.
I appreciated that when we had phone appointments, I never felt rushed.
I could ask whatever questions I wanted, and you’d take the time to answer them. There was plenty of time for me to ask all the questions I had to ask.
The site is exactly what I’m looking for! In my own research, in talking with my coach, and in a discussions with my husband (he recently took a computer marketing course), I’m confident that I have the current market techniques I need to grow my naturopathic medicine business.
It’s a site that’s tailored to my market instead of one that’s focused on me. While approaching marketing from this angle is a little bit of a stretch for me, I know it’s what I need to do, and you were very instrumental in moving me in the right direction.
I got lots of positive feedback.
The site is good stand alone for people who don’t know me to stumble upon. And, it also is good for people I meet in person as I can direct them to the site – and I’m confident it will portray me in a high light and lead them to taking the most important step – contacting me for help.
