After attempting to get my website completed …
After attempting to get my web site completed with two other service providers, I was frustrated as neither of them provided me with any sort of process or structure for how we were going to proceed. I was simply asked to provide “content,” a basic layout for how I wanted things to look and work, my preference for colors, and eventually a site would some how be completed.
Kennʼs approach was different.
He transformed the daunting task of completing a professional web site into an understandable, step by step process. He even
provided a tentative schedule delineating the steps necessary for completion of the project. His process began with a comprehensive business questionnaire that established a sound, marketing based focus and provided some of the content for the site.
Kenn understands coaches.
He also understands marketing. The materials he provided gave clear examples of how to create content that would speak to my target market. His approach provided a platform that allowed my voice to be heard without excessive use of “coaching jargon”. He helped me keep my focus on my Clients and provided sensitive, professional feedback. I felt supported and guided.
I am confident that my new site will provide a marketing platform that I can confidently use to forward my goals. I now have a site that I am proud of.
As with all projects of this type, there were some technical difficulties. Kenn handled my struggles with the “technology” in a relaxed, supportive, timely manor. I always knew that he had “things handled” and this gave me peace of mind.
If you are considering using Kenn for your next site, just make the decision to do so now. There, you have just made a decision that will support your business efforts for years to come.
