Before I started working with you, I didn’t understand how to use a website to increase my credibility and visibility. I didn’t know how to develop one. I didn’t know about lists. I needed to increase my knowledge base.

There were several providers for support but after going to your site, it was clear that you were the one to help me. I was specifically looking for someone with a big skill set who could pace with me.

One thing that attracted me was the humor in your writing and the way that you wrote. I viewed that as your strength. I found your support articles shortened my learning curve – they’re good.

You were able to lead me, guide me, and coach me at a pace that gave me room to both expand my abilities and relax back. Not only do you have the skills to design but also marketing smarts needed.

Technology is simply a tool and isn’t fun for me – just work. To learn it on my own would have gotten me frustrated quickly. I wanted to learn with someone who wouldn’t just do it for me. You helped me focus on what I needed to know and what I don’t need to bother with. That’s efficiency.

Lots of people will design for you but then they are done. Lots will support you but end product isn’t good. You not only served me but taught me ways of seeing things that will help me grow my business into the future.

I liked that I was picking up skills during the time we talked that he could apply in other aspects of his business. I really liked communicating via Skype, sharing screens – all really helpful.
I liked to doing the video piece, creating the free report, and setting up the autoresponders. People who look at my site comment on these pieces.

The assignments clearly lead me to create content ready to be delivered in a marketable format via technology. Templates were great. The BizQs was really helpful. How it got focused and targeted was consistent with my coach training. The exercises helped me sift through my thoughts to and find essential pieces that customer might click on.

I have a mechanism for reaching customers, for them to reach me, and reflect my brand. I’ve got a system in place to attract customers and manage that.

You have a light-hearted but focused approach. So you’re able to move forward but not in a drudgery kind of way. To me technology is drudgery – not intuitive, refreshing, or fun. I wouldn’t mess with it if it wasn’t needed.

From time to time, you would reflect back on what I’ve done and given me feedback. You were inclined to offer feedback if things didn’t fit or weren’t professional enough. You signaled when we were going into dangers. You were the lighthouse.

I looked forward to our meetings because you are someone with marketing skills and design abilities, and you continued to introduce me to new tools and new ideas to be professional.

It’s nice to work with someone with these gifts.
